The Lac Vieux Desert Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians (LVD) invites community members to take a short survey about shopping and service needs in the area.
The survey asks about the stores you shop at, how often you visit the area, and what goods and services you feel are most needed in the future. Your answers will help LVD understand what people who live, work, or spend time in the area want and need for shopping options and services.
Participation is voluntary, and responses are confidential. The survey should take approximately ten minutes to complete.
