Transfer Station is available to Watersmeet Township residents and homeowners only.
Owners of vacant property are not permitted to utilize transfer station services.
Vehicle window stickers* are available at the Township office.
*Proof of residency and/or home ownership required, i.e. utility bill.
Due to an increase in the costs associated with the transfer station, the Township is no longer going to offer free dump days.
Waste reduction will help preserve our way of life... Take time to sort your garbage...
Single Stream Recycling
Place all recyclable items together in a paper bag or cardboard box.
ITEMS MUST BE LOOSE
DO NOT PLACE CONTENTS IN A PLASTIC BAG
Cardboard must be broken down to a size that will fit in the hopper.
Attendant may refuse oversized items.
